Spring into SUCCESS

Spring is a great time of year to get really clear about what success means to you. Success is defined differently for everyone. For some it’s happiness, wealth, health, your career, family,

social status or simply being a lovable human being. Whatever it is, take some time this Spring to get really clear about what does success mean to you. When you get this level of clarity, ask yourself why is this important to you? When you get really clear about what you want and why you want it, the how will start to fall into place. It might almost seem magical as the universe helps uncover opportunities for you.


In order for this to happen, you’re are going to need to build healthy habits. Take a look at your habits. Do they reflect your commitment to your goals? How about your investment in self-education? Do you have a system in place to help you to create healthy habits that move you closer to your definition of success? There is a clear difference between those who are living their lives and achieving their definition of success, then those who are not. I see this in myself and with my clients. It is easy to fall into the trap of feeling like you not living up to your true potential, feeling as if your life is miserable and nothing is going right. That crappy thinking goes away when you change your habits.


Here is one habit to focus on this Spring- Focus on the positive. Shocker!! I know, coming from me you are super surprised at this. I realize I talk about this a lot and for good reason. It sounds simple; however, we all know it can be a challenge. And sometimes it can be extremely grueling. Life happens. It is definitely going to take some effort to create the habit of focusing on the positive. Remember your brain is naturally hard wired to over emphasize negative inputs and under emphasize positive inputs. What’s the solution? Be super mindful to have a system in place that helps you focus on the positive aspects of your life and let go of the negative.


To keep it simple, be mindful of what you watch, listen to, read and the type of people who spend your time with. Just start here.
